Pol's Hermes

What it does

Pol uses Hermes with accounts he controls to read, find, and summarize Gmail messages, prepare email text, and send new messages or replies after he approves the recipients and content. Sending requires a separate Google permission grant; read-only access alone does not allow it. Hermes does not request email deletion or mailbox-management permissions for these features. Existing calendar features require separate permission, and calendar changes require Pol's approval of the specific change.

This is an owner-only assistant, not a public service. There is no public sign-up, account system, or interface for other users.

How Google data is used

Google data is used to carry out Pol's requested tasks. Relevant content may be processed by AI and other service providers when needed to complete a task. The privacy policy explains the data involved, the limits on its use, and how retained records and revocation are handled.
